Lemon Apricot Pound Cake

1 Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
1 2/3 cup apricot nectar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 cup Wesson oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350?. Mix cake mix, sugar, oil and nectar together in a large, glass-mixing bowl. Beat with electric mixer for 5 minutes. Add 1 egg at a time. Beat for an additional minute. Stir in maple syrup, and extracts. Generously spay one 9 inch or 10 inch tube pan with Baker's Joy. Pour batter into pan and bake for 1 hour or until cake test done.
