4 med. large potatoes
Baked or microwaved until done. Let cool. 1/3 c. chopped green onion 1/3 c.
shredded cheddar cheese 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper
Paprika Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out potato leaving shell. Combine
potato, onion, bacon, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stuff
potato shells with potato mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees
for 15 minutes or microwave at high for 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly
