Bisquick  Chicken Casserole

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower, thawed & well drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
1 (2.8 oz.) can fried onions

Topping
1 c. Bisquick mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can fried onions. Spread into greased 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Meanwhile combine topping ingredients to form a soft dough. Spoon over hot chicken to form a lattice design. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until biscuit are golden. Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 3-5 minutes until cheese melts and onions are lightly browned. Serves 6.
