Bisquick  Chicken Mozzarella

1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2/3 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
6 lg. chicken breast halves
2/3 c. chili sauce
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Brush bottom of rectangular pan, 18"x9"x2", with oil. Mix Bisquick, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika and pepper. Coat chicken. Arrange skin side down in pan. Bake 45 minutes. Turn chicken; divide chili sauce among breast halves; sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Bake until melted, about 5 minutes longer. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
