Bisquick Chicken Pecan
4 to 6 chicken breasts
1 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick margarine, melted
Skin chicken and set aside. Combine dry ingredients. Dip chicken in evaporated
milk and roll in dry mixture. Place chicken in baking dish so that pieces do not
touch. Pour melted margarine over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or
until chicken is tender.
