Bisquick Chicken Zucchini Casserole

2 1/2 c. uncooked zucchini
2 c. cooked cut up chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 c. melted butter

Slice zucchini and layer on bottom of casserole. Layer chicken on zucchini. Mix soup, milk and nutmeg; pour on chicken. Mix Bisquick, cheese, egg, parsley and sprinkle on top. Pour butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
