Bisquick  Italian Stuffed Pizza

1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar pizza sauce
3 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
3/4 c. cold water

Grease a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch pan. Cook sausage and beef, drain off fat. Mix jiffy mix and water to form dough. Divide in two portions. Roll dough, put half in bottom of pan. Sprinkle on 1 cup of cheese, pour 3/4 cup of sauce over cheese. Sprinkle meat over sauce. Also pizza topping (pepper, pepperoni, etc.) if desired. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups cheese over meat. Roll rest of dough for top crust. Place over cheese. Spread remaining sauce over top crust. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top. Bake until golden 25 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.
