Bisquick Spinach Bread
3 c. Bisquick
1 can (11 oz.) condensed Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
3 lg. eggs
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Mix all ingredients
except spinach until blended. Beat 1 minute; stir spinach until well blended.
Pour spinach mixture into prepared pan. Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until wooden
pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes. Remove bread from pan.
