Bisquick Turkey And Cranberry Roll-Ups

6 turkey cutlets
1 can chicken soup
2 c. Bisquick
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 c. milk

Lightly brown turkey in skillet, cut into bite sized pieces. Put in 9x13 baking dish. Mix soup with 1 cup milk, stir to mix well, pour over turkey. Mix Bisquick according to package directions. Roll out dough into large rectangle. Spread cranberry sauce to cover dough completely. Roll up jelly roll style. Slice into 1 inch thick slices, lay slices on top of soup, sides touching, to cover top of soup/turkey mixture. Bake in 425 oven until biscuits are nicely browned (about 20 minutes).
