Broccoli Casserole

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 cup sour cream
1 cup creamed cottage cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 tomato, sliced thin
1/4 cup margarine, melted

Grease lightly square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Spread broccoli in dish. Beat sour cream, cottage cheese, Bisquick, margarine, and eggs with hand beater 1 minute. Pour over broccoli. Arrange tomato slices on top, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and knife inserted
halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
