Chile Cheese Snacks
1 1/2 cups Bisquick Baking Mix
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 can, 4 ounces, chopped green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese, 4 ounces
Mix baking mix, sour cream, egg and chilies. Stir in cheese. Cover and
refrigerate up to 4 hours. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Drop dough by rounded
teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet. Bake until
golden brown, 10 - 12 minutes. Serve with taco sauce or salsa if desired.
About 4 dozen appetizers.
