Chiles Casserole

2 (4 oz.) cans chiles
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Jack cheese
1 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Spread chopped chilies in bottom of 9x12 pan. Add shredded cheeses. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over cheese and chilies. Bake at 350, 45 minutes.
