Bisquick Chunky White Chocolate Cookies

1/4 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 c. Bisquick
1 (10 oz.) pkg. white baking pieces, coarsely chopped
1 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix margarine, sugars, vanilla and eggs in large bowl. Stir in baking mix. Stir in white baking pieces and nuts. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Makes 6 dozen.
