Corn Muffins

2 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons corn meal
1 cup melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1 cup milk

Combine all ingredients. Beat by hand until thoroughly mixed. Pour batter in muffin tins which have been lined with paper baking cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
Half batter makes 20 muffins.
