Onion Dumplings

2 cups Bisquick baking mix
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup chopped Vidalia onion

Mix dry ingredients well. Stir in egg and ad enough milk until soft
dough forms. Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling stew or soup. Cook
uncovered over low heat 10 minutes; cover and cook 10 minutes. Makes
10 - 12.
