1 cup Bisquick
1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Stir together Bisquick, oats, sugars, and peel. Beat together eggs, milk, juice,
and vanilla with rotary beater. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Stir until
blended. Let stand 5 minutes. Pour batter onto hot, lightly greased griddle.
Cook until golden brown, turning once. Serve with honey.
