Oven Fried Chicken

1 tablespoon margarine
2/3 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 pound fryer, cut up

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt margarine in 13 x 9 inch pan in oven. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in pan (uncovered). Bake 35 minutes. Turn, bake about 15 minutes or until done. 6 servings.
