Bisquick Sour Cream Soft Cookies

1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. Bisquick mix

On high beat sour cream and eggs until smooth. Beat in sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and half of Bisquick to smooth dough. Drop by tablespoon 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound to 1/4 inch. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. Makes 4 dozen. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Place sheet in oven (3 to 4 minutes) until Pam turns brown. Chocolate chips, work 12 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate bits into dough.
