Éclair Pudding Cake

1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
Graham crackers
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate frosting

Mix pudding, milk and sugar. Stir in Cool Whip. Layer an 8x8 inch square dish, in this order: graham crackers, pudding mix, crackers, mix, crackers, mix and crackers. Spread frosting on top. Chill.
