Peach Pudding Cake

8 med. peaches
3/4 c. packed brown sugar or granulated
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Peel peaches and slice into large bowl. Sprinkle evenly with sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Stir in baking mix and nutmeg. Turn mixture into greased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Bake 30-35 minutes. Serve with ice cream or light cream.
