Corn Custard Casserole
Weight Watcher Points - 2 Points
1 (16 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Vegetable cooking spray
Combine corn, parsley, onion salt and slightly beaten egg in a medium bowl,
stirring well. Spoon mixture into a 1-quart casserole coated with cooking spray.
Place casserole in a pan of warm water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or
until set. Serve warm.
