Corn and Bean Casserole
1 can white shoepeg corn
1 can french style green beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small green onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated cheese
Mix altogether put in buttered casserole dish.
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick melted margarine
Mix and sprinkle over top. Bake 1 hour in a preheated 350 degree oven. Freezes
well.
