Mexican Cheese and Egg Casserole
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 qt. milk
Butter 9 x 12 inch Pyrex dish. Spread chilies and cheese in bottom of dish. Beat
Bisquick, milk and eggs. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
