Pea Casserole

1 stick margarine
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 pkgs. frozen peas
2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup water chestnuts, sliced
seasoned buttered crumbs or croutons if desired

Saute celery, onions in margarine. Mix rest of ingredients together with celery and onions and place in casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake 350 degrees FOR 1/2 hour.
