Pork Chop and Apples Casserole
Grated American cheese
4 pork chops
4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Season and brown pork chops on both sides. Arrange sliced potatoes in a 2
quart baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour over
potatoes. Place pork chops over potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Yield: 4 servings.
