Chicken Parmesan

1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 skinned and boned breast halves
1 28 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
hot cooked fettucine
fresh parsley sprigs for garnish

Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well. Combine cereal and cheese in a shallow dish. Dip chicken in mayonnaise mixture, and dredge in cereal mixture. Put in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake, covered, at 400F for 45 minutes or until tender. Place spaghetti sauce in a saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Arrange chicken over fettucine; top with spaghetti sauce. Garnish with parsley sprigs. Serves 6.
