4 apples, peeled & sliced
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 pkg. (1 3/4 c.) dry gingerbread mix
1/2 c. water
Arrange apple slices in a 9 inch non-stick cake pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Beat gingerbread mix; add water as package directs and pour over apples. Bake in
preheated 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve warm from the
pan or chilled.
Makes 9 servings.
