Bisquick Fruit Cobbler

1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 qt. (4 c.) fresh, frozen or canned (and drained) fruit

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter and brown slightly in oblong deep dish or pan, spreading butter over bottom. Pour (thin) mixture of Bisquick, sugar and milk over melted butter. Add fruit over batter, not stirring and bake 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Cool for at least 10 minutes to set and serve with vanilla yogurt or ice cream.
