Fresh Blueberry Cobbler

1 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. fresh blueberries
1 stick butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
2 c. warm water

Roll dough (first 5 ingredients) into 11x13 inch rectangle. Sprinkle on fresh fruit. Roll up as for a jelly roll. Melt butter in 11x13 inch pan. Slice roll in 1/2 inch thick slices and lay on butter in the pan. Dissolve sugar in the warm water and pour over all. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Very quick and simple. Serves 4.
