Peach Crisp

Slice 1 dozen peaches.
Add 1 3/4 cups of sugar, 5 tablespoons tapioca or flour.

Mix well. Cut like pie crust and spread on top of peaches:
1 c. shortening
1-1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oatmeal (quick)

Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes in 9 by 13 inch pan. Serve warm with Cool Whip or ice cream.
