Meatloaf with Cranberry Glaze

1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound hot pork sausage
1/3 cup quick cooking oats
1 onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup

Beat egg and milk together, add remaining ingredients, mix well. Place in 9 x 13 inch loaf pan.

1 large can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Mix glaze ingredients and pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove loaf and skim off fat.
