Rhubarb Betty

1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix all together. Pat half of crumb mixture in an 8 x 8 inch pan. 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. water Cook until clear. Add 4 cups raw rhubarb. Spread on remaining crumb mixture. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.
