Rhubarb Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1 egg
2/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Add sugar and flour mixtures together.
Fold in 2 cups cut rhubarb and 1/2 cup walnuts.
Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 inch pans.

Mix: 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tbsp. margarine, softened
Sprinkle over top of batter.
Bake 1 hour.
