Rhubarb Relish

5 c. rhubarb cut in 1 inch pieces
4 c. sugar
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello

Mix rhubarb, sugar and pineapple, let stand 30 minutes. Bring to a boil and let simmer 12 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat add Jello mix well and cool. Can be put in jars. Good with chicken, pork, etc.
