Sugar Free Rhubarb Jam

6 c. rhubarb
1/4 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar free Jello (strawberry or raspberry)
2 tbsp. Sweet 10 or other sugar substitute

Cook rhubarb and water until soft. Let cool completely and then add sugar free Jello and sugar substitute. Put in clean jars and refrigerate.
