Quick Fruitcake

1 c candied cherries, chopped
1 c dates, chopped
1 can coconut
1 c pecans, chopped
1 can eagle brand milk

Mix all together and pour into a loaf pan that has been lined
with wax paper. Cook for 1 hour at 300 degrees F.

This is a great fruitcake and so easy to make, will keep in the
refrigerator for a month.
