Cream Cheese Chocolate Ice Cream
egg substitute to equal 5 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. can Hershey's syrup
1 can evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
Mix eggs, sugar and softened cream cheese in blender until smooth.
Add chocolate syrup, evaporated milk, vanilla and salt. Mix for 2
minutes. Pour into ice cream churn. Finish filling churn to fill
line with homogenized milk. Freeze as usual.
