Apricot and Banana Jell-O Salad
1 (3 ounce) package lemon Jell-O
1/2 cup boiling water
12 ounce apricot nectar
1 (15 ounce.) can apricots, drained and cut up
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
2 small bananas, diced
Dissolve: 1 sm. package lemon Jello and 1/2 cup boiling water.
Add: 12 ounces apricot nectar. Set in refrigerator until partially set.
Then add: 1 (15 ounce) can apricots, drained and cut up 1 (11 ounce.) can
mandarin oranges, drained; 2 small bananas, diced; Mix all together and let set
for 3 to 4 hours.
