Grilled Salmon With Dill Sauce

6 (10 ounce) salmon steaks, 1" thick

Grill for 5 minutes on each side.

Dill Sauce
1 large cucumber, seeded, grated and well drained
3/4 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chives, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dill

Combine above ingredients. Serve sauce in tomato or green pepper cup.
