Pineapple Casserole
1 number 2-1/2 can crushed pineapple, drain and reserve juice
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
Mix together sugar and flour; add egg and beat well. Add pineapple juice and
cook until thick. Pour into shallow baking dish, cover with cheese cubes and top
with buttered crumbs. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
