Scalloped Corn

Use either fresh or canned corn and two pimentos. Butter a baking dish. Put in a thin layer of cracker crumbs, then a layer of corn, seasoned well with bits of butter, salt and with pimentos cut in small pieces. Alternate in this way till the dish is full. Put a layer of cracker crumbs on top. Add sufficient milk to just float the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees from one-halt' to three-quarters of an hour.
