German Pancake

4 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
2 T. soft butter

Butter well a 29 inch pie pan (1 inch thick). Beat eggs until light and add sugar,
salt, flour, and milk. Beat until smooth. Pour in pans evenly and bake for 15
minutes at 400?. Reduce heat to 350? and bake for another 10 minutes.
