Spaghetti and Spaghetti Sauce Recipes


Spaghetti and Broccoli Salad

1 lb. very thin spaghetti, cooked
1 minced onion
1 tomato
chopped broccoli, boil until just firm (tops only) and cut into
bite-size pieces

Add drop of oil to cooked spaghetti and mix with hands. Mix vegetables with spaghetti in large bowl.

4 oz. lemon juice
8 oz. oil
4 oz. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
a few drops Tabasco sauce
Blend in blender. Pour over spaghetti and mix well.

Serve cold.
Makes 6-9 servings.
