Spaghetti and Spaghetti Sauce Recipes


Spaghetti and Broccoli

1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms -- drained
2 tablespoons reduced-fat margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (7 ounce) package uncooked spaghetti
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Stir in mushrooms, margarine, salt and pepper. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally until mushrooms are hot,
about 5 minutes. Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain. Toss spaghetti, broccoli mixture, Parmesan cheese and lemon juice.
