Spaghetti and Spaghetti Sauce Recipes


Spaghetti and Shredded Zucchini

1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter
2 medium zucchini, shredded
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded
Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. milk or half and half
1/2 tsp. salt

Prepare spaghetti as label directs. Meanwhile in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook zucchini until tender, about 5 minutes. When spaghetti is done, drain.

Return spaghetti to saucepot, add zucchini and remaining ingredients. Over low heat, toss spaghetti mixture until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
