Zucchini and Spaghetti Casserole

2 1/2 lb. zucchini
1 lb. spaghetti
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
4 oz. mushroom pieces
salt and pepper
Parmesan and Romano cheese (canned, dry)
2 1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. powdered spaghetti sauce mix
32 oz. spaghetti sauce with meat

Slice zucchini into 1/2-inch pieces and place in boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain and layer in a 10-inch or 12-inch glass baking dish. Break spaghetti into thirds and
cook. Drain and add parsley, garlic, salt and mushroom pieces.

Layer this over the zucchini. Cook hamburger and drain. Saute the chopped onions and green peppers and mix with hamburger.

Add salt and pepper to taste. Add Cheddar cheese and layer this mixture over the spaghetti. Spread the spaghetti and meat sauce over the hamburger mixture you just layered over the spaghetti. Sprinkle Parmesan and Romano cheese over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
