Egg Custard Pie

1 cup sugar
3 tbs. flour
3 tbs. margarine, melted
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can pet milk (evaporated)
1 or 2 tbs. canola oil

Mix a cup sugar & 3 tbs. flour in blender. Add melted margarine, eggs, vanilla, & pet milk. Mix 30 seconds. Use canola oil to grease pie pan & then sprinkle with flour . Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
