Impossible Cherry Pie

The pie that's impossibly easy, because it makes it's own crust.
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. sugar 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Beat all ingredients except pie filling until smooth, 15 seconds on high in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Spoon pie filling evenly over top. Bake 25 minutes. Top with Streusel.

Cut 2 tbsp. firm butter into 1/2 cup Bisquick,
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar and
1/2 tsp. cinnamon; mix until crumbly.

Sprinkle this on top of pie filling. Bake until streusel is brown, abut 10 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate any remaining pie streusel.
