Pork Chops with Lime Marinade

4 boneless pork loin chops, cut 3/4 inch thick
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup lime juice
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Trim fat from chops. Sprinkle with salt. Place pork chops in plastic bag set in shallow dish. For marinade, combine lime juice, onion, garlic, cumin and red pepper in small bowl. Pour over chops; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Remove chops, discarding marinade. Grill chops on rack of uncovered grill directly over medium coals 8 to 11 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear, turning once. Or, broil on unheated rack of broiler pan 3 to 4 inches from heat 6 to 8 minutes, turning once. Serves 4.
