To Print out only the recipe highlight it with your mouse, right press on the highlighted recipe.  Choose the option PRINT. Change the Print Range from ALL to SELECTION. Press the PRINT button on the screen.

Print Recipe

2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 or 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
2-3 scallions, thinly sliced (optional)
1 c. sliced mushrooms (optional)

In 2-cup jar (or other similar shakable container), combine oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and spices. Shake well. Add avocados and scallions and mushrooms, if desired. Shake again. Makes enough dressing to serve 2 large salads. I think it is best made ahead of time so the vegetables can marinate.
